[Eg6_analysis] EG6 Monitoring Plots

Hi Mohammad and All,

To address Stepan's question raised in today's meeting concerning the
proton time-of-flight resolution that can be used in the GPP SC smearing
study I have updated the EG6 monitoring web-page (this link
<https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/eg6/cooking/online_sql/monitor.html>)
with the data of different EG6 beam energy run periods. The link, as I
mentioned previously when I renovated, contains for the Pass2 production
features to look to the fluctuation of different monitoring variables of
one single file ("ONE run-file" tab) and the whole files of each run ("ALL
run-files" tab). I will re-update the link once Nathan is done with
refining the missed data-files from a database/tape.
