Dear all,

With great pride I am letting you know that we now have third PhD thesis 
from our eg6
run. Yesterday, November 9, Bayram Toryaev, graduate student from Old 
Dominion
University, successfully defended his thesis; "Coherent 
Electroproduction of Neutral Pions
on Helium-4". The ODU graduate committee granted him the PhD degree.

Congratulations to Dr. Torayev for job well done!
