Hi Stepan,

Sure, I will rename the SILO branch as: /mss/clas/eg6/production/pass1_v0/5p7gev/, and
all outputs except (d & e) will be linked to our work disk under a directory:
/work/clas/claseg6/top_dir/pass1_v0/5p7gev/. Since I will remove some old files I can save
d & e outputs directly there, in any case they don't occupy too much disk space.
All outputs will be available in different auto-managed work disk until they get deleted.

Best regards,

Lamiaa
Hi Lamiaa,

Cooking strategy looks good. Lets save everything on silo.
We may figure out what to do with our privet work space.
For now lets have 1.2 GeV there.
One thing I want to ask if we can save all the files in specific
directory for 5.7GeV. For example -
/mss/clas/eg6/production/pass1_v0/5p7/

Later it will make our lives easier during the analysis.

Thanks, Stepan

This cooking strategy is as follow:

1. The outputs will be:
a. SEB ntuple
b. H2ROOT & CLASTOOL Root ntuples
c. BOS file
d. ANAHIST file
e. Helicity correction text file
f. LOG file

2. All outputs will be saved on SILO under a branch:
/mss/clas/eg6/production/pass1_v0/
(Same location of the previous 1.2 GeV data set)

3. Since the 1.2 GeV outputs occupy 2.8 TB disk space on our
private work disk, I don't have
enough space to save as usual the three outputs a, d & e right
there unless it is possible to
remove the 1.2 GeV outputs. I am not sure about Raphael's plan but
in case he already copied
the ntuples to ANL or he can do that gradually, I can in this case
direct those outputs to the
claseg6 disk.
At the moment the disk partition is:
448 GB dc_calib ! Old DC calibration files that I will
remove them
7 GB ec_calib ! Old EC calibration files that I will
remove them
36 GB pass0_dcs3 ! DC calibration check files that I will
remove them
67 GB pass0_ic ! Old 5.7 GeV IC calibration files
287 GB pass0_v1 ! Old Pass0_v1 files that I will remove
them
25 GB pass1_ic ! Current IC check
2.8 TB pass1_v0 ! 1.2 GeV outputs

Please let me know what is your suggestion or plan to deal with
that.

Best regards,

As a remainder, I am planning to launch the Pass1_v0

Please let me know if you have any bosbank's request
