[Eic-core-phys] Fun4All CORE installation

Hello Everyone,

We are currently focusing on Delphes for the CORE simulations, but the Geant4 (Fun4All) simulation can be run either at BNL, or using a singularity container at the JLab ifarm (or your local computer).

Barak provided us with instructions on how to install and run the simulation on the JLab farm.

Note that IR6 is currently enabled, but it can be substituted for IR8 when the latter implementation is ready.
