right -->
... there is also supposed to be a second set of questions from
the Detector Advisory Committee (DAC) (with a shorter due date) ... any idea what these will involve? what form to answer
and how related/any overlap with our DPAP activities? 2-3 weeks time over the holidays is not a lot to time to organize and respond.

Hi Will,

This is a good point! It would indeed be a good thing to discuss tomorrow!

Some of the questions suggest a narrative, some ask for plots, and some perhaps a mix of both. Maybe one could have a mixed format where additional details for the longer questions would be presented in an appendix? With slides, there is also the question how to edit them. One could do it in google docs, but then we would have to adopt it as our format. Or one could first write it up in overleaf, and then summarize it.

I absolutely agree that we would not aim for a long proposal-style text, but there still seem to be several options on how to proceed.

Cheers,

        Pawel
