Dear CORE enthusiasts,
I have updated the DELPHES control card for CORE
https://eic.jlab.org/core/images/4/43/Delphes_EIC_CORE_3T_2022_v1.tcl

This includes the improved vertex resolution from Ernst Sichtermann's GEANT4
study of the final CORE Si-Tracker configuration.
I have also implemented muon ID, based on the BELLE-KLM figures in the proposal.
