Hello,
For a MC event sample of N_simu events and a quoted integrated cross section of sigma_simu,
the cross section per MC event is sigma_simu/N_simu
Thus to obtain a histogram normalized to cross section per bin,
simply multiply the number of accepted MC events in the bin by sigma_simu/N_simu
On the other hand, if the histogram is in bins of e.g. t (GeV^2) of width \Delta t
then we can obtain the
average d\sigma_simu/dt per bin by multipying the accepted MC events in the bin by
(sigma_simu/N_simu)/\Delta t

The DPAP has asked by results with an integrated luminosity of 10/fb
To obtain histograms of projected experimental statistics at 10/fb
Multiply the MC histogram by (sigma_simu/N_simu) * (10/fb)
Of course, you must express sigma_simu in femto-barns!
