[EIC-CORE] [EXTERNAL] CORE meeting doodle poll

Hello Everyone,

The doodle poll for the CORE meeting produced an interesting result. It seems that, in general, 2-3 pm works best on any day, but Tuesdays work best in the morning. Since we have to find a time that will work for Armenia as well as Hawaii, it could make sense to alternate the bi-weekly meetings between an earlier and a later time.
