Dear All,

Here is the updates about the tutorials:

1. When and where?
As a reminder, it is going to be today, Wednesday, December 18, 2 p.m., room F113.

2. What to bring?
We await that users will have docker installed and running in order to perform the tutorial (run software, build plots).
We also kindly ask you to download the docker image prior the tutorials:

> docker pull eicdev/epic

The detailed information about installing Docker and how to pull the image is here
https://eic.gitlab.io/documents/quickstart/
EIC Software QuickStart<https://eic.gitlab.io/documents/quickstart/>
How to get started with EIC Software
eic.gitlab.io

The reason we are asking, is the image size. It contains ROOT, Geant and some other packages, so it is ~7GB.

3. Need help with Docker?

We will be in the room since 1 p.m. in case help is needed with installing docker (and downloading EIC software image).
So if you can't install Docker and pull the image before the tutorial, come earlier to F113 and we will try to help.

Kind regards,
Dmitry
