[Eic-exclusive] shift in meeting time

Dear all,

Due to a just scheduled parallel meeting of the EIC Software User Group 
Q&A on Monday at 11am, I propose to shift the combined 
Exclusive--Semi-inclusive group meeting to 13:00pm on Monday, as some of 
you may want to attend the Q&A session on software.

I realize that Europe is changing back to regular (summer) time on the 
weekend, so at Central Europe time will be 19:00, and UK (Greenwich) 
time 18:00.

This is an exception and we will switch back after that to regular time 
11:00 (ME:1700, UK:16:00)
