I would first like to acknowledge all the hard work the ASR team has accomplished towards the BRA since we first started planning for it this past summer; especially with the competing priorities you have all been managing. We will start Page Turns next Wednesday, December 10th. The Page Turns schedule will follow the Agenda and serve to align messaging and content. Page Turn slots are limited to 15 minutes. Out of respect for everyone’s time we will hold to the time limit; any deeper discussions can be held “off-line”. Presenters have been identified in the Agenda; those who are presenting should utilize the posted template(s). Note this template also includes materials for Drilldowns, not all slides will be needed for all talks and, as usual, cost and schedule slides will be provided by the Project Controls Team.



Page Turns will not be expected to contain significant content but should outline the intended content and messaging.



As a reminder, the intent of the BRA is for our Project Director to obtain a clear picture of the status and trajectory of the ASR Subproject with reference to a CD-2 - Approve Performance Baseline and CD-3 – Approve Start of Construction. It is not intended to demonstrate that we have reached baseline readiness but that we can achieve it in CY 2026. Messaging should be clear, fonts should be readable, presenters should project confidence, and Summary slides should be positive and concise.
