Good morning, ASR Team:
As we prepare for this week's "Page Turns", it would be helpful to have a common understanding of the intent of the "Page Turn" and what we plan to accomplish.
Page Turns are an opportunity to ensure that we are aligned on messaging, slides are consistent, and the team understands where to access support material. For example, EIC graphics are here: BNL EIC Site Collection - Templates/Schematics - Subproject Images - All Documents<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__brookhavenlab.sharepoint.com_-3Af-3A_s_eRHIC_IgA26AZ9OyOCSYrdX4j5Ua-2DiAW0YyetFBju1dYZJ3tz9fP4&d=DwIGaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=YlomUu5_AJckLj-nkMxF4ZuQpjiBiKS678vkOWu5Cqk&m=2-JU64R6yo6Cow1EY_LhrqYPPvsaoC5rcmwWVp2DByoXNqleMl6dERmuRk13sMAM&s=js98NS3FC6XCDXLeAxIKCxypymzm9yee0rN5YqJRxl8&e= >
*
A "Page Turn" for purposes of review preparation should include all slides that the presenter intends to show. Here<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__brookhavenlab.sharepoint.com_-3Ap-3A_s_EICReviews_126_IQD5YBiTPNlKTZvZv4D4g-2DlQAft05-5Fc8qIKMBewfmpA57W4-3Fe-3Dzbw5kj&d=DwIGaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=YlomUu5_AJckLj-nkMxF4ZuQpjiBiKS678vkOWu5Cqk&m=2-JU64R6yo6Cow1EY_LhrqYPPvsaoC5rcmwWVp2DByoXNqleMl6dERmuRk13sMAM&s=ZD1ql8VXrtioTBnDSviT777xFw7b4a5JaORRmmopgoU&e= > is a link to the presentation template.
*
There should be no slides with no content; a couple of lines describing the intended message will suffice.
*
Complete content is however, not required. For example, a summary of the intended message or sample graphics without full data is OK.
*
The presenter is expected to provide a brief summary of the intended message of the talk and for each slide as they "turn the page".
*
Presenters are not expected to deliver the entire talk; this will be done during the Dry Runs.
*
Reminder: Here<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__brookhavenlab.sharepoint.com_sites_EICReviews_126_SitePages_prep.aspx&d=DwIGaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=YlomUu5_AJckLj-nkMxF4ZuQpjiBiKS678vkOWu5Cqk&m=2-JU64R6yo6Cow1EY_LhrqYPPvsaoC5rcmwWVp2DByoXNqleMl6dERmuRk13sMAM&s=Qa1n0-xbGDR8UNE0jPY0pEI_0E3O4sJpb5an-Zts5Us&e= > is a link to the ASR BRA SharePoint site prep area where you can find the review planning dates, charge, draft agenda, templates and more.
We have a lot to cover in the three days scheduled; keeping to the schedule is appreciated as it will allow everyone to plan to attend the appropriate sessions.
Thank you,
Charlie
