[Eicatjlab_admins] travel/visas

Per HR, rules around visas are changing.  This may impact hiring, but also travel out of the country for staff who have visas.  They recommend contacting Sue before we send anyone on a visa out of the country to ensure they can return in a timely manner.  (This does not apply to green cards, only visas.)
