Subject: Attend EIC EIS RCS-BAR ring workshop October 23

Katherine, Christine, Alethea,

Kirsten and I are invited to this 1 day workshop for EIC electron injection system design (focussed on the BAR and RCS rings) on Oct. 23.
It is a 1 day workshop.  I would fly in Wed. and fly back friday.

Kirsten is already booked on a trip to Stony Brook for the Cooling workshop on Operations funds for the week Oct.26-Oct. 31.  She would need
her flight changed to Wed. and paid for by EIC funds I would imagine as well as hotel for Wed thru. fri.

Tristan has all the details of Kirsten's trip to the workshop.

I'll send my preferred flights and hotel in a followup email.
