Here are the 7 Document Rules I'd like to codify into a project-specific procedure. I realize its not the document nomenclature nirvana one might dream of, but its workable within the resources and constraints. I also realize this is kind of a non-answer to
your specific question, but I need to know what document you are talking about to answer more directly.</div>
