[Eicatjlab_all_personnel] [EXTERNAL] WBS Dictionary Review/Updates Needed by 9/13

L2 Managers and CAMs,

In preparation for the Director's Review, the WBS Dictionary must be reviewed/updated as follows:

  *   Review your full scope to ensure the scope definitions and deliverables reflect current approved P6 scope

     *   Please do not include items that are proposed but not yet approved by CCB or CCB Lite

  *   Write separate descriptions/deliverables for the CD-3B scope like we did for CD-3A scope

     *   We have added columns I and J for CD-3B details

  *   You will get the following message when you open it

     *   Click "edit anyway" and you can make your changes directly in the file.[cid:3e2c96aa-82cf-4847-bb60-bef3b287cfad]

The WBS Dictionary revisions need to be complete by COB Friday, 9/13.
