November 2024 earned value reporting against the CD-3A baseline and the AD internal baseline is complete. Results:

  *   CD-3A scope - no control account(s) tripped current period and/or cumulative variance thresholds requiring a VAR explanation

  *   Associated Design (AD) - two control account(s) tripped current period and/or cumulative variance thresholds requiring a VAR explanation

Variance Analysis Reports (VARs), through approval, are due Tuesday, Dec 17th.
