[Eicatjlab_all_personnel] [EXTERNAL] CY25 -Upcoming EIC "Meeting Free Weeks" And Important Dates

Happy Holidays! It is time to mark your calendars for upcoming important dates in CY2025.  Starting the week of January 20th , "Meeting Free Weeks" will continue at BNL for the EIC Project Team. "Meeting Free Weeks" will typically be held during the week of a BNL Scheduled Holiday.  If there isn't a Holiday during a given month, then the "Meeting Free Week" will fall on the 1st week of the month. The purpose of "Meeting Free Weeks" is to make it easier for you to schedule vacation days, focus on deep work,  and enjoy downtime (please see the attached for more information).  The admins will work on clearing calendars for these weeks as they approach. Yes, you can still a schedule a meeting during a "Meeting Free Week" if it is absolutely necessary, but please try to avoid this.

It may be helpful for you or your admin to put personal holds on your calendars for the dates involving your areas until official meeting notices are sent with more details.
