 April earned value reporting against the CD-3A practice baseline is complete. Results:  Two control account(s) (CA) tripped current period and/or cumulative variance thresholds and will need VAR explanations.  You will receive an email if your CA requires a VAR explanation.  VARs must be completed, through approvals, by 4PM on Thursday, 5/16.

The variances that tripped a threshold will be highlighted in red.  The yellow highlights indicate the variances are outside the "green" zone but have not yet tripped the variance threshold.  The thresholds are shown below.
