The SC Office of Project Assessment (OPA) conducted an independent project review of the Electron-Ion Collider project January 7 – 9, 2025 at BNL, to examine its status and readiness for a second long-lead procurement Critical Decision, CD-3B.  Earlier today OPA provided the final report to Linda Horton for her comments and concurrence.  Find the final report attached.
