We've entered into the below listed Blanket Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with fabrication vendors to streamline our procurement processes. (One more vendor to be added once terms and conditions are agreed upon)

JSA employees (Technical Representatives/CAMs) can contact the individuals listed below to directly receive quotes on relevant tasks orders with an estimated cost of under $10,000. The subsequent quote should be attached to a requisition and routed to Mitch's attention, with a note in the comments indicating it's a BOA purchase and the BOA #.

Additional User Instructions:


  *   For questions or assistance, contact one of the procurement officers mentioned herein. However, Mitch Laney is the key contact.
  *   Reference BOA # when contacting vendor for quote
  *   If purchase is < $10K and price is reasonable, no competition required but please rotate qualified sources
  *   If over $10K, get 2 or more quotes from pool of BOA vendors (or Procurement can assist)
  *   Submit PR referencing BOA # and vendor with specified items, quantities and prices - attach quote(s) and relating specifications
  *   Upon receipt of authorized PR, assigned procurement officer to issue task order/PO

Cedric Jackson, Ebony Beaver and Connor Clark are the Procurement Officers assigned to the BOAs and can provide further assistance if needed.  Once received by the Manager of the Strategic Acquisitions Group (Mitch) he will appoint one of the three noted to work on the requirement.
