A Message from Katherine Wilson:

Dear EIC at JLab Team:

I would like to congratulate Zack Conway for his completion of U.S. Department of Energy’s Project Leadership Institute (PLI) as part of the 2025 cohort.  PLI is a challenging program, and to complete it while successfully leading EIC RF Systems in an accomplishment.

I’m also pleased to announce that Naeem Huque has been accepted into the 2026 PLI cohort. This program is designed to prepare participants to lead some of the DOE’s most complex and high-impact projects.

As a member of the 2023 PLI cohort, I know firsthand how valuable the experience can be in shaping both professional growth and perspective on DOE’s mission while broadening JLab’s connection with the DOE complex.

Please join me in recognizing Zack and Naeem for these outstanding achievements and in celebrating their continued growth as future project leaders at JLab.
