November earned value reporting against the CD-3A baseline is complete. Results:  One control account (CA) tripped current period and cumulative variance thresholds and will need to write a VAR explanation.  The variances that tripped a threshold will be highlighted in red.  The yellow highlights indicate the variances are outside the "green" zone but have not yet tripped the variance threshold.  The thresholds are shown below.



IPD (Integrated Project Database) will be updated for the VARs by tomorrow.  You will receive an email if your CA requires a VAR form.
