[Eicpp_personnel] RF systems leadership announcement

JLab EIC Team,
I wanted to let people know what the leadership transition plan is for RF systems when Ed leaves us January 5.


  *   For the overall EIC Project, Zack Conway will be acting L2 manager for RF systems.  As such all L3 at JLab should view Zack as the lead on the project until a replacement for Ed is on board at JLab.
  *   Within JLab, I have asked Katherine Wilson to manage day-to-day oversight of RF systems efforts for the EIC.  She will work closely with Zack in that capacity.
