There are several updates since my last email on preparation for the Strong Hadron Cooling Review & EIC Technical Design Review of the Accelerator. Draft agendas are posted on the prep sites (links below). Kevin Smith and Ferdinand Willeke are working on finalizing the agendas and supporting documentation lists. The schedule for the page turns and dry runs will follow the review agendas as closely as possible. Meeting notices will be coming soon. If you have any conflicts, please reach out to the review coordinator and they will work with you to accommodate. Required attendees include Jim Fast, Luisella Lari, Kevin Smith, Ferdinand Willeke, the L2s (for relevant sessions), and speakers (for their talk and relevant sessions). However, anyone interested may join if it is beneficial to them. An outline of prep for both reviews follows.

The dates for the EIC Technical Design Review of the Accelerator are confirmed for August 23-24, 2023 at BNL with a remote connection available. It will be a busy week with the Strong Hadron Cooling Review proceeding on August 21-22, 2023. A preparation schedule for the Strong Hadron Cooling Review will be communicated soon. The prep timeline for the EIC Technical Design Review follows:
