I am pleased to announce that Binping Xiao will assume the role of Deputy RF Group Leader in the Technical Systems Division as of today March 1, 2023.  Binping will succeed Kevin Smith who transitioned to his new role as Deputy Technical Director in May 2022.  As my Deputy, Binping will also take over the responsibility of L3 Manager for 6.08.05 -Warm Cavities.  Binping's extensive experience in cavity design makes him an excellent fit and will allow me more time to concentrate on my role as the L3 for Amplifiers and the RF Group Leader for both C-AD and EIC .
