  *   Nov 6 at noon- final draft talks are posted to the prep site for QA by POCs and admins
  *   Nov 7- presentations posted to review site
  *   Nov 8-EMT & POC meet with Review Committee for "pre-meeting"
  *   Nov 14-16- OPA review at BNL
