[Eicpp_personnel] New EIC L2 managers

EIC team,
I am very pleased to announce that we will have new two new L2 managers joining the EIC team at JLab in November.

Sarin Phillip will join us November 1 to take over the “magnet” scope of work for WBS 6.03 and 6.04.  Sarin has been with JLab for many years.  His latest position has been group manager for the DC Power group primarily supporting CEBAF Ops.

Brian Shell will join us November 16 to take on the L2 role for cryopgenics.  Brian is joining us from Newport News Shipbuilding where he has most recently led the 75-person project controls group for the Aircraft Carrier Refueling and Complex Overhaul program.  Prior to this, he worked as a test engineer in nuclear propulsion systems.
