January earned value reporting against the CD-3A practice baseline is complete. Results:  Two control accounts (CA) tripped current period and/or cumulative variance thresholds and will need to write VAR explanations.  You will receive an email if your CA requires a VAR explanation.  VARs must be completed, through approvals, by Wednesday, 2/14.



The variances that tripped a threshold will be highlighted in red.  The yellow highlights indicate the variances are outside the "green" zone but have not yet tripped the variance threshold.  The thresholds are shown below.
