December earned value reporting against the CD-3A baseline is complete. Results:  Two control accounts (CA) tripped current period and/or cumulative variance thresholds and will need to write VAR explanations.  The variances that tripped a threshold will be highlighted in red.  The yellow highlights indicate the variances are outside the "green" zone but have not yet tripped the variance threshold.  The thresholds are shown below.



IPD (Integrated Project Database) will be updated today.  You will receive an email if your CA requires a VAR form.
