<p class="MsoNormal">I am working through how to best deploy our admin team and what specific roles and responsibilities people will have and will announce that one it is worked out. I am working with the admin team to make sure we have a robust and efficient
way to ensure that everything requested is addressed in a timely manner and that there is an understanding of who has primary responsibility to ensure on-time and quality completion. Please bear with us as we get this sorted.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I would like to request is that everyone use <a href="mailto:eicpp_admin@jlab.org">
eicpp_admin@jlab.org</a> for [nearly] all correspondence with the admins rather than engaging directly with specific admins. This will keep everyone informed and also provides a safety valve in case people are out sick, on vacation etc. It is of course fair
game to start the email with “Sherry, please…” or “Alethea – I am travelling to…and need you to do a TR” or “Christine – I need your help setting up a review of…”

<p class="MsoNormal">As for the [nearly]…I do recognize that there may be some situations where direct engagement may be required, but please limit to just cases where this is really needed due to sensitivity of a topic. This should be rare.</p>
