On August 27, 2009, the message below was sent to the Accelerator and 
Engineering Divisions.  This message was never intended for distribution 
and is an inappropriate use of JLab email.   The message should be 
completely disregarded and no action should be taken on your part.

below to Division of Nuclear Physics members in certain Congressional 
Districts.
More detailed information is in the attached pdf file. If you have 
already received
this notice, we apologize for the duplicate notice and *urge you to 
respond now. *

If you did not receive this note, you are likely a member of DNP who was not
in one of the Congressional Districts with a member involved in the budget
negotiations. All members of DNP received a slightly different, less 
detailed,
information note from DNP that did not call for any particular action at 
this time.
