Hello!
Its that time of the year again. We need to begin processing the
payroll as early as possible this next period due to time constraints
with our direct deposits.
I would like to have all time sheets approved as early as late Friday
afternoon (December 16). I know this is asking a lot at this time of the
year but if we are going to pay on December 22 its absolutely needed.
If you are not going to be in the office late Thursday and/or Friday,
please designate someone thats able to assist with time sheets to help.
Please advise project managers (12Gev and FEL) to approve projects at
their earliest opportunity.
I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause but greatly
appreciate any assistance that can be provided to get this accomplished.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks again!
Sharon
