[Eng-div] August Cryogenics Seminars

Jefferson Lab's Engineering Division is hosting two special topic 
seminars on Cryogenics to be presented by Peter Knudsen.  The first 
seminar deals with placement of the 4k to 2K heat exchangers for a 2K 
load, resulting in significant efficiency gains, savings in power 
consumption and up front capital costs for a 2K refrigerator.  The 
second seminar will focus on the modifications made to the compressor 
system that supports the new helium refrigerator for the 12 GeV Upgrade.

The seminar dates are *4 and 16 August 2011 in the CEBAF Center 
Auditorium, 1:30-3:00 p.m.*  Mark these seminar dates on your calendar 
and plan to attend. There are no registration requirements, visitors 
will be required to sign-in and show identification.
