[Eng-div] Property Validation

Everyone,
     I just wanted to thank everyone for getting their property 
validations done on time.  We are 99.8% complete.  That's 1048 items out 
of the possible 1050 and those last two items are currently being worked 
by their custodians.  Those are great statistics in my book!

     Anyway, thanks again for your good work.  Let's apply the same 
level of care and thoroughness to our tasks during the downtime to 
ensure a safe and successful completion.
