[Eng-div] Curtail FY12 Spending on KB Funds (Accel Ops) within 1.04 Accel WBS projects - PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT

All,

Just a reminder that the Lab is still operating under a Continuing 
Resolution (also known as a CR).  This means that the lab receives our 
funding in monthly increments.  The Budget Office was informed today 
that Jefferson Lab will not receive our next allotment (Nov 19th thru 
Dec 16th funding increment) until Nov 28th.

We are currently running low on Accelerator Ops (KB0102011) funds 
_*within the Accelerator 1.04 WBS*_.  See attached list of projects that 
fall under this funding source.  To ensure we have sufficient funds 
until our next allotment arrives,  effective today through the end of 
December, only mission critical purchases on these particular projects 
are allowed.  This includes purchase requisitions, credit cards, travel, 
stockroom and _Machine Shop jobs_.  Please help pass this along to your 
staff.

Please call me if you have a mission critical purchase.  I will help you 
get it through the system.

Also, please make sure all credit card holders have their credit logs up 
to date.
