Current plans call for the JLab to begin using the Zimbra calendar as 
the official calendar system beginning the week after Labor day.  The 
current Oracle Calendar system will be shut down prior to the cut over, 
and all meetings will be migrated into Zimbra.  To smooth the transition 
to the new system, the CNI group will be offering training seminars on 
the use of the Zimbra calendar and email system on *Monday, Aug. 27 and 
Tuesday, Aug. 28* in the CEBAF Center auditorium. Two sessions will be 
offered each day: *9:30AM to 11AM *and*2PM to 3:30PM*.
