[Eng-div] Essential Procurements Only!!

All,

We are currently on track to bust our 1.04 WBS _Accel Ops_ budget (see 
attachment for related projects).  This means that _*only job essential 
expenditures*_ are allowed between now and the end of the fiscal 
year(Sept. 30th). This includes items you buy through the *stockroom, 
credit cards, machine shop job, and purchase requisitions*.

I am closely monitoring all procurements that may come through the 
system to ensure there is enough funding.

Bottom line:  All purchases should be put on hold until after October 1, 
2012 if possible.
