[Eng-div] Essential Procurements Only!!

All,

In the beginning of the fiscal year we were given a partial budget on 
our 1.04 WBS _Accel Ops_ projects. Currently the lab is over spent on 
these funds.  In order to ensure we can cover our March costs, we need 
to put a hold on all nonessential procurements.  This means that _*only 
job essential expenditures*_ are allowed until further notice. This 
includes items you buy through the *stockroom, credit cards, machine 
shop job, and purchase requisitions*. I have attached a listing of 
projects that are funded by Accel Ops.

I am closely monitoring all procurements that may come through the 
system to ensure there is enough funding.

Bottom line:  Please only job essential expenditures are allowed until 
further notice!!!!!
