[Eng-div] Essential Procurements Only!!!

All,

We are currently on track to bust the 1.04 WBS Accel Ops and 
Indirectbudgets (*see attachment for related projects*).  Please note 
that the AIP and WFO projects still have funds.

This means that _*only job essential expenditures*_ are allowed between 
now and the end of the fiscal year(Sept. 30th). This includes items you 
buy through the *stockroom, credit cards, machine shop job, and purchase 
requisitions*.

We are closely monitoring all procurements that may come through the 
system to ensure there is enough funding.

Bottom line:  All purchases should be put on hold until after October 1, 
2014 if possible.
