[Eng-div] Accelerator Budget Actions

All, 
You have seen the memo about budget challenges within the Accelerator Division. I want to reinforce how important it is that you work with our various accelerator colleagues, in particular the budget managers, to control costs for accelerator projects. You will find the list of project codes that are effected in the attachment to this e-mail. Look under the column "WBS ID" in the parenthesis. Please note that Work for Others like LCLS II is not effected. 

I have special instructions for those of you who have credit cards and charge items to these project codes. Since credit cards are kind of a hidden obligation we need to keep close track of what is being spent so we don't unknowingly over commit funds. For this reason, I ask all credit card holders that before you charge anything more than $500 on the identified Accelerator Project Codes that you check with the corresponding key project managers identified below. High volume purchasers like the Machine Shop and the Electrical Fab Shop pay particular attention to this requirement and if in doubt about a purchase, ask. As usual, business done by requisition will be signed off by the authorized project managers.
