holding discussions over the last 2+ months reviewing the EES
organization. With the move to the TED, the end of the 6 GeV era
and the imminent start of the 12 GeV shutdown, it was an
opportune time to evaluate and make changes within the
organization. The following changes are being implemented.</span><span

tracking, prioritizing, and documenting EES projects. (Note –
the basis for the requirements and process will be the Conduct

jobs to be handled through existing channels).<span

will be to define how the Project Liaison role functions. He
will coordinate and assist in EES projects as needed, working
