She was so proud of my working here at the lab even though I strayed from my career as a Chef. I remember at 17, when I told her I wanted to be a cook, she looked at me with a tear in her eye and said " I didn't get your teeth fixed to do that". Regardless of her dreams for me, she supported me through my apprenticeship and all of my life's choices. She was a very special Mom; as only Mom's are. </span></div><br><div><p style="margin: 0px;" data-mce-style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: georgia,serif;" data-mce-style="font-family: georgia,serif;">A “workplace” can be a detached part of your day OR it can be an addition to your life.
