    As you know we are on a CR (Continuing Resolution) through Dec 11th.

    We have not received our initial funding yet for FY16, which is

    expected at the end of next week.  We are living off carryover at

    this time.<br>

    <br>

    So, we need to make sure we only buy procurements that are mission

    critical at this time.  This includes machine shop jobs, travel,

    stockroom, credit cards and purchase reqs.<br>

    <br>

    If you do have a mission critical procurement, go ahead and submit

    the PR and send me an email so I ensure it gets processed.<br>

    <br>

    There are a few projects that have money now and can continue

    spending as normal:<br>

    <ul>

      <li>

        Any projects that start with SSI or SSM - Indirect funds under

        Tony Reilly (i.e., SSMMSC, SSIEQP)</li>

      <li>

        Any Work for Others (WFO) projects</li>
