[Eng_cryo] Important travel information-PLEASE READ

Travel services will now send notification reimbursement checks and 
direct deposit notifications (for those who have direct deposit) as follows:

     Check ready for pick-up         Travel Coordinator who made 
request  + Traveler (I will no long forward the email sent to me)

     Direct Deposit notifications      Travel Coordinator who submitted 
request + traveler
                                                  Direct Deposits will 
be put into inter-department mail to the TC once a week if not picked up
