Jefferson Lab Tech notes now reside in Docushare.  Please continue to 
request tech note numbers from, and email completed tech notes to Kim 
Kindrew at kindrew at jlab.org.  Tech notes will be uploaded to Docushare.

Please note that  Tech notes in Docushare are not available off-site.
