[Eng_cryo] Calendar reminder

Hello all, 
I just want to remind everyone that when you use your electronic (zimbra) calendar to indicate you being out of the office do so in the upper area of the calendar. Also be sure to display it as "free". See attached document to used as a very useful tool regarding the calendar program.
