Hi Francesco,
The total time slot for eRD108 is 20 mins: https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__indico.bnl.gov_event_20113_&d=DwIF-g&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=6nBhCQ9asnI7Gb72jBWQ4g&m=Pz1-HJqHzJ_QMIhH39nyrhKEsIxyeyu3YddDc_JTZQnKpo3BmMAckgHAwUmFD62x&s=qfvQZMiK7PVIAhubdTF45EsroMJ7C5g4_tWEVyQxChE&e=
I assume that we will discuss the specific time allotment breakdowns during tomorrow's eRD108 meeting.
Thanks,
Matt

Hello Matt, Kondo, all
thanks for starting this.
I will take care then of the Micromegas part. How much time for its presentation should I foresee?
Regards
Francesco

Hi Matt, all
I am having trouble editing directly from you slide on google docs so I am adding my suggestion on a separate slide (see attached).
I think we should break down our plans in term of R&D and PED as we discussed last Thursday and as requested by John and present it clearly at the DAC meeting committee. That is what I try show on the slide. This is just a starting point, we could discuss details again on Thursday meeting. I will send a reminder later today
One opportunity that we discussed at the TRD meeting on Friday is to take advantage of the work they are doing on gas recirculation system and join their effort that will also benefit the Thin Gap.
With Sourav, we discussed with Lubomir to join their plan next year for a beam test at Fermilab testing the gas recirculation system. We did not have that in our budget for eRD108 proposal but we should find a way to convince the committee to get funding for the travel to FNAL. Let’s discuss the details and how to proceed at the Thursday meeting.
In the meantime, please all feel free to chime in and make your suggestion on Matt slides ahead of Thursday meeting. I still haven’t heard from the Saclay folks, don’t know if they are still on vacation break this week
Best regards
Kondo

Hi All,
Trying to summarize our eRD108 proposal, I put together an starting slide deck for our DAC presentation next week:
https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__docs.google.com_presentation_d_1Yryw5Df-5Fdnq7U8Wz-2DKc50yIqEM-2DBS7TU8kVVXAKU7xI_edit-3Fusp-3Dsharing&d=DwIF-g&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=6nBhCQ9asnI7Gb72jBWQ4g&m=Pz1-HJqHzJ_QMIhH39nyrhKEsIxyeyu3YddDc_JTZQnKpo3BmMAckgHAwUmFD62x&s=pWArN_26kmOZmi13EJfygIhwVZJCYmKGIOUjouSPLPI&e= <https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__docs.google.com_presentation_d_1Yryw5Df-5Fdnq7U8Wz-2DKc50yIqEM-2DBS7TU8kVVXAKU7xI_edit-3Fusp-3Dsharing&d=DwMFAw&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=6nBhCQ9asnI7Gb72jBWQ4g&m=9d2R8BIV6-rfJfOzbY4CRlHvXQSu02l1oYprwRBsoGMzkaOcssnBoLZK16YlKC-T&s=RqiFdmhHZDG0mkcIvxUhakqPuvEWY7ZM9-x67R1nELA&e=>
Please have a look and edit and/or add slides to the deck as you see fit and let me know if you have any questions or issues accessing the slides.
Have we heard back from Saclay if they will be presenting the MM portion of the proposal or should we include a few slides in this deck?
Thanks,
Matt
