Thank you for the updated slides. Here are my comments and suggestions:
p.7 The legend of the bottom plot is hard to read. Make plot bigger.
p.8 Headline: Options for Thin-Gap …
CO2 -> CO_2 (4 times on the slide)
The bullet points for Hybrid amplification are duplicated for the two option
Maybe make one shorter slide that discusses just the hybrid aspect and another that the discusses the two options (single vs. double)
On double-sided: Say something like “An OR of the two layer ensures a one-hit eff. > 98% despite the short drift gap”
p.9 Headline: -> “Planar MPGD: Plan for FY24 & Outyears”
with Cu-clad Kapton foils instead of uRWELL…
carbon Fiber -> carbon fiber
w -> w/
effort with -> effort by
Participate… : the font size seems to change mid-sentence

I would put slides 10 and 11 before slide 9 as those introduce the two detector types and current slide 9 then gives the long-term plan for them
p.14 I wonder if this page should not be p.2 after the title page to show who eRD108 is.

I included the slide about the split between R&D and PED that Kondo showed and left a place holder for the slide that he will prepare based on single and double GEM-uRWELL thin gap hybrid detectors. I also added a slide where in the deck the micromegas slides will be inserted. The right column of slide 3 will be filled in with similar goals as the left, but related to the micromegas R&D.

If there is time tomorrow, I would also like to present how we are currently calculating the angular resolution at the surface of hpDIRC in simulation. I would be interested to hear from others if there is a more accurate way to compute them.
