As discussed yesterday we are creating a new mailing list and zoom for generic MPGD R&D activities to be separated from the erd108 mailing list (will be from now on, exclusively dedicated to ePIC MPGD-DSC)

Sourav is leading the MPGD generic R&D community now, so he will be maintaining the mailing list
